The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Mahishi P.S.Case No. 98 of 2019 registered under Sections 302, 341, 342, 120-B of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering the seriousness of the offence as also the allegation made in the FIR that the petitioner and one Ajay Yadav opened fire causing injury on the chest of the brother of the informant and co-accused Santosh Yadav, Lallan Yadav and Rakesh Yadav fired on the back, I am not inclined to grant prearrest bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the application is rejected.

In case the petitioner surrenders and seeks bail, the
