====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE JUSTICE SMT. NILU AGRAWAL ORAL ORDER 03-01-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned counsel appearing for the State as well as the learned counsel for the Patna Municipal Corporation.

Petitioner, who retired from the post of Safai Mazdoor with effect from 30.06.2016, prays for gratuity along with the interest and leave encashment.

Considering the prayer, made by the petitioner, the present writ application is disposed off with a liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondent no. 2, the Municipal Commissioner, Patna Municipal Corporation, which shall be disposed of within a period of three months from the date of receipt of such representation. Any amount due to the petitioner would be paid within one month thereafter. If
