2. Lastly, prayer for bail of the petitioner was refused by this Court vide order dated 19.4.2024 with liberty to the petitioner to renew the prayer for bail if the trial is not concluded within four months from the date of order.

3. Trial court's report dated 12.3.2025 reflects that out of 10 prosecution witnesses, till date only 5 witnesses have been examined. Trial is still pending for evidence.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 6.2.2018 and there is no likelihood of conclusion of the trial in near future.
