JUSTICE RAVI RANJAN ORAL ORDER 25-01-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 323, 324 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is contended that the petitioner and the informant are uncle and nephew and due to family dispute, he has falsely been implicated in this case. It is further contended that all the injuries are simple in nature.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, namely, Rahul Kumar be released on bail in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today in connection with Sohsarai P.S. Case No.97/2013, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000 (Ten
