2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 307 and 379 of the Indian Penal Code, registered in connection with Barauli P.S.Case No. 106 of 2023.

3. As per allegation, the petitioner inflicted sword blow on the head of the informant's brothers causing them injuries.

4. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. He is a person of clan antecedent and the injuries on the person of Guddu Yadav, to whom the petitioner is

5. Considering the above facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from the date of communication of this order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Gopalganj in connection with Barauli P.S.Case No. 106 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.
