Patna High Court CWJC No.10908 of 2018(3) dt.28-08-2018 3/3 decision of this Court dated 29.08.2017 in L.P.A. No. 1086 of 2015 (Bhartendu Prasad Rai vs. Harikant Barua and Ors.) is also not known.

However, This writ application is disposed of, in the facts and circumstances of the case, with a direction to the University to take steps for publication of the petitioners' results in the light of the observation made by the Division Bench of this Court in passed in L.P.A. No. 1086 of 2015 in case of Bhartendu Prasad Rai vs. Harikant Barua and Ors (supra), within two weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order.
