The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Araria P.S.Case No.608 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 30(a), 38(I) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016 .

Allegation against the petitioner is about recovery of 1330 bottle of cough syrup and three persons were arrested including the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that three persons have been granted bail vide order dated 18.9.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No.58925 of 2019 and he is in custody since 30.7.2019.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

No.59464 of 2019(3) dt.16-11-2019 2/2 Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned 2nd Addl. Sessions Judge cum Special Judge, Araria in connection with Araria P.S.Case No.608 of 2019 corresponding to Special Case No.959 of 2019.. With the aforesaid observation, this application is allowed.
