2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under sections 341 , 323 , 307, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of Arms Act 3 . As per prosecution case , on the alleged date and time of occurrence , this petitioner is alleged to have fired upon one Ranjit Rai.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case . Though there is allegation of firing against this petitioner but no one sustained any firearm injury . No incriminating articles have been recovered from the possession of this petitioner.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case , in the event of arrest or surrender within eight weeks from today, let the petitioner, as named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate Ara in connection with Barhara P.S. case No. 24 of 2022 , subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure .
