JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 08-01-2019 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner admit that the payment has been made but he submits that unfortunately interest in delayed payment has not been paid since the writ court has not issued any direction for interest in delayed payment no action is required in this proceeding. However, liberty shall be available to the petitioner to approach the appropriate forum in accordance with law. The petitioner is also granted liberty to raise the issue of non grant of promotion in appropriate proceeding. With the aforesaid, the present application stands disposed of.
