2. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 320 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 25(1-b)a, 26, 35 of the Arms Act.

3. It is alleged that one country made pistol and three live cartidges have been recovered from possession of the petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got six criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 09.07.2023. He further submits that petitioner has been remanded in some cases after his arrest in the present case.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail after

No.67345 of 2023(2) dt.17-10-2023 2/2 completing nine months in judicial custody on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with Chhatauni P.S. Case No. 320 of 2023.

6. The petitioner will visit Chhatauni Police Station on the first and second Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would be result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
