By order dated 3.11.2015 the Petitioner was granted anticipatory bail, but due to unforeseen circumstances, the Petitioner could not appear on time.

Considering the same, three weeks further time from the date of receipt of this order is allowed to the Petitioner for surrender in the Court below.

Application stands allowed.

The Petitioner is directed to deposit a sum of Rs.250/- in the concerned District Legal Aid Committee. Let this order be communicated to the court of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Vaishali at Hajipur in connection with Bidupur P.S. case No.83 of 2015 also through fax at the cost of the petitioner.
