2. Vide order dated 07.10.2024 report was called for, from the Superintendent of Police, Rohtas at Sasaram and petitioner was granted provisional bail by this Court in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 262 of 2024 till further orders.

3. Pursuant to direction of this court, report has been received and kept at Flag-A.

4. Therefore, in the aforesaid circumstance, no purpose would be served to keep this matter pending.

5. Accordingly, the provisional bail granted to the petitioner vide order dated 07.10.2024 in connection with Excise P.S. Case No. 262 of 2024 is hereby confirmed on the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.70103 of 2024(4) dt.17-01-2025 2/2 same terms and conditions as stipulated in order dated 07.10.2024.
