JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 08-01-2019 Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner admits that the order of this Court has been complied with belatedly. He submits that there is belated compliance of the order of this Court. He further submit that petitioner proposes to prefer appeal and as such this Court may direct condonation of delay on filing appeal.

In view of the fact of compliance of the order of this Court, the court is not inclined to proceed any further. However,

Patna High Court MJC No.4127 of 2016(3) dt.08-01-2019 2/2 liberty shall be available to the petitioner to file appropriate application for condonation of delay in terms of the provisions of the Limitation Act if petitioner proposes to prefer any appeal. With the aforesaid, the present application stands disposed of.
