The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a criminal prosecution registered under Sections 420, 467, 468, 379 and some other allied offences under the Indian Penal Code. Taking into consideration the fact that all the three petitioners are specifically named in the first information report vide Annexure-1 as accused and further taking into consideration the fact that apart from the present criminal case, they are accused in several other criminal cases including that under Sections 302, 376, 307 and alike under the Indian Penal Code, which all have been mentioned in paragraph 3 of the present anticipatory bail application, this Court is not inclined to accede to the prayer made on behalf of the petitioners for grant of anticipatory bail. Accordingly, their prayer for anticipatory bail in connection with Saharsa Sadar P.S.Case 712 of 2015 pending in the court of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saharsa is rejected. However, if the petitioners surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today and apply for
