2. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the writ petition be disposed off with a direction to the Additional Munsif-1, Lakhisarai to dispose off Title Election No. 01 of 2016 expeditiously.
3. Learned counsel for the respondents do not oppose the issuance of such direction.
4. In view thereof, the writ petition stands disposed off with a direction to the Additional Munsif-1, Lakhisarai to dispose off Title Election No. 01 of 2016 expeditiously and in any case within four months from the date of production of a copy of this order.
