185 grams of Ganja has been seized from the tobacco shop of the petitioner and for that, petitioner happens to be under custody since 13.07.2017, having no criminal antecedent.

Accordingly, petitioner, Fulendra Das is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, N.D.P.S. Act, East Champaran at Motihari in connection with N.D.P.S. Case No.59 of 2017 arising out of Patahi P. S. Case No.112 of 2017.
