JUSTICE RAJEEV RANJAN PRASAD ORAL ORDER 27-08-2018 Even though learned counsel for the petitioner was looking for an adjournment of the matter, learned counsel for the State has pointed out that against a similar order, this petitioner had filed Cr. W.J.C. No.1562 of 2018, which has been disposed of by a recent judgment and order of this Court on 23rd August, 2018, therefore, there is no point in keeping this matter pending. It is also pointed out that since the said writ application has been dismissed by this Court, the order of extermination remains valid till 30th September, 2018. In the present case also in respect of the same petitioner, for the same reason, the District Magistrate, Nalanda had passed the order of extermination till 30th September, 2018.
