This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offence under Sections 498A, 304B and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
The petitioners are father-in-law and devar of the deceased. The husband is already in custody. Mother-in-law has already been allowed anticipatory bail by a coordinate Bench of this Court in Cr. Misc. No. 46665 of 2016. There is general and omni bus allegation against the petitioners.
Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioners, above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender, within four weeks from the date of receipt of this order, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Marhaura P.S. Case No. 321 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Saran at Chapra, or successor Court, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Criminal Procedure Code.
