2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 90, 103 and 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that Nilam Devi had approached this Court seeking anticipatory bail by filing Criminal Miscellaneous No.58540 of 2025 and the same was allowed by an order dated 07.11.2025. It is submitted that petitioner is the maternal aunt of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63772 of 2025(3) dt.07-11-2025 2/2 the husband of the deceased. It is submitted that while granting the privilege of anticipatory bail to Nilam Devi in Criminal Miscellaneous No.58540 of 2025, the case has been considered on merits and in detail.

4. The learned APP and the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the informant does not oppose such submission of the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner.

5. After hearing learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the order dated 07.11.2025 in Criminal Miscellaneous No.58540 of 2025, let petitioner, above-named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/Successor Court in connection with Soh Sarai P.S. Case No.129 of 2025, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 482(2) of the B.N.S.S.
