2. Petitioner has filed application for a direction to the respondent authorities to complete the investigation of Jadiya P.S. Case No.78 of 2015 and also direction to arrest the accused persons.
3. Learned counsel for the State-respondents submits that charge sheet has also been submitted in this case against six accused out of total seven accused. Against the remaining one accused process for attachment of property is underway. Further submission is that the investigation is likely to be concluded against the remaining one accused within two months.
4. Considering the aforesaid submission, this writ
