JUSTICE ANJANI KUMAR SHARAN ORAL ORDER 10-11-2023 The present application has been filed for modification of order dated 20.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.3532 of 2023 to the extent of extending the period for furnishing the bail bond.

2. On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period for furnishing the bail bond is extended by six weeks from today in connection with Town P.S. Case No.397 of 2022, pending in the court of learned 2nd Additional Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Excise Act, Madhubani, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.

3. The order dated 20.03.2023 is modified to the extent as indicated above.
