The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 323/324/341/504 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case on account of past enmity. He further submits that the allegation has not been found justified by the doctor who has prepared the injury report stating that the injury has been caused by hard and blunt substance and is simple in nature.

Considering the aforementioned facts and circumstances and that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent, let the petitioner, in the event of his arrest / surrender within a period of
