Petitioners seek bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that petitioners have been falsely implicated in this case. From the allegations levelled together with the injury report, no case under section 307 I.P.C. is made out against these petitioners. Petitioners are in custody since 16.07.2019.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58917 of 2019(3) dt.19-11-2019 2/2 and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 130 of 2019.
