JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 19-03-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "That this is an application for issuance of appropriate writ/writs, order/orders, direction/directions for direction to the respondent authorities to grant the benefits of 3rd pay revision in the scale of Rs. 155-190 (w.e.f. 01.01.1971), 4th pay revision in the scale of Rs. 350-425 (w.e.f. 01.04.1981) and 4th pay revision part-2 in the scale of Rs. 8001150 to the petitioner and further for direction to the respondent authorities to

Patna High Court CWJC No.14448 of 2023(2) dt.19-03-2024 2/2 grant 1st time bond promotion w.e.f.

01.04.1981 in the scale of Rs. 375-480 and accordingly respondents further above directed to make payment of arrears of salary of the above said benefits along with statutory interest @ 12 1⁄2 % to the petitioner which has not paid to him by the respondent concerned with malafide intention and to grant any other consequential benefits for which petitioner may found entitled in accordance with law."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondentauthorities for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
