Apprehending his arrest in Bhabua (Mahila) P.S. Case No. 33 of 2016 registered under sections 376, 354B/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 6 of the POCSO Act, 2012, the present application is for grant of anticipatory bail. While the informant was going on road after watching V.C.R., it is alleged that the petitioner along with co-accused started sexually harassing her inasmuch as one of them caught hold of her and made attempt to commit rape on her. When she raised alarm, the accuseds made escape. It appears from the order of the learned Sessions Judge that the informant in her statement under section 164 Cr.P.C. has supported the case. Her mother has also supported the case.

In my view, it is not a fit case for grant of anticipatory bail.

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.54571 of 2016 (2) dt.22-12-2016 2/2 Prayer is rejected.
