The present writ application has been filed for quashing the order dated 13.10.2015, issued by respondent no.5, the Secretary, Mines and Geology, Government of Jharkhand, Ranchi, whereby the petitioner's representation for cadre transfer from State of Bihar to State of Jharkhand, was rejected. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present writ application with liberty to agitate the issue with regard to pay-scale (pay protection). Permission is accorded.
Accordingly, the present writ application is dismissed as
