The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 268 of 2017 dated 12.06.2017 instituted for the offences under Sections 399 and 402 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 25(1-b)a/26 and 35 of the Arms Act. One loaded country made pistol with one cartridge was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent.

Taking into account the fact that the petitioner does not have any criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 12.06.2017, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. In the facts and circumstances, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing his bail

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.48378 of 2017 (3) dt.27-11-2017 bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Siwan in connection with Muffasil P.S. Case No. 268 of 2017.
