2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Rampur P.S. Case No. 72 of 2015 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 474, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 10 of the Bihar Examination Control Act, pending in the Court of learned J.M.F.C., Gaya.

3. After some arguments, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this application.

4. Permission is granted.

5. Accordingly, the instant application is dismissed as withdrawn. However, if the petitioner surrenders before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today
