This application has been filed for restoration of M.J.C. No. 4457 of 2014 which stood dismissed due to non-compliance of the order dated 20.05.2015 as Vakalatnama on behalf of the petitioner could not be filed within time.

On being satisfied with the sufficiency of reasons mentioned in this application for omission on part of the petitioner, the date of compliance of order dated 20.05.2015 is extended for further two weeks and M.J.C. No. 4457 of 2014 is restored to its original file and number subject to the condition that the concerned Vakalatnama is filed within the extended period of two weeks.
