2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 353, 341, 323, 385, 387 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per the prosecution case, petitioner is alleged to have threatened and manhandled with the staff of the department.
4. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he has been falsely implicated in this case. As a matter of fact, there was outstanding dues of Rs. 3,41,500/- towards the filing of project space against the Jackson company and the petitioner was asking for the money from the company and in order to grab the money, this false case has been lodged. No one sustained any injury. Petitioner has got clean antecedent.

5. Learned APP for the State vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned J.M. 1st Class, Muzaffarpur, West/concerned court below in connection with Kanti P. S. Case No. 691 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) Shishir/- U T
