2. The petitioner has filed the instant application for the following reliefs:

"(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondent authorities to appoint the petitioner on the post of Nyaya Mitra, Gram Kachahari, Gram Panchayat Raj, Nakuni in view of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.15096 of 2025 dt.31-10-2025 2/3 Advertisement No. 1420 as the name of the petitioner was finally published in the merit list at Serial No. 1 but for the reason best known the respondent authority has not allowed the petitioner to appear in the counselling.

(ii) For further direction to the respondent authorities to allow the petitioner for counselling and after verification of the documents issue appointment letter/engagement letter for the post of Nyaya Mitra.

(iii) For further direction to the respondent authorities to cancel the candidature of the private respondent Vikas Kumar Singh who has been allowed for counselling despite of the fact that his candidature was rejected in first list due to non-submission of the EWS certificate as he has claimed to be candidate under the category of EWS but has not uploaded the certificate and accordingly his candidature was rejected.

(iv) And for any other relief/reliefs for which the petitioner is found to be entitled in the eye of law."

3. On perusal of the contents of the petition, it transpires that before filing of the instant application, the petitioner has not approached the District Panchayati Raj

Patna High Court CWJC No.15096 of 2025 dt.31-10-2025 3/3 Officer, Samastipur (respondent no. 4) for the redressal of his grievances as raised in the instant application.

4. In view of the above, without going into the merits of the case of the petitioner, the petitioner is directed to file an appropriate representation before respondent no. 4 with respect to his grievances raised herein.

5. In case such a representation is filed within a period of four weeks, the same shall be decided by respondent no. 4 after hearing all concerned within a period of three months from the date of its filing.
