2. The petitioners seek bail in connection with Forbesganj P.S. Case No. 394/2024 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147/148/149/341/323/302/504/506 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Though the F.I.R. has been registered under Section 302 of the I.P.C., but subsequently chargesheet has been submitted under Section 304 of the Indian Penal Code as has been submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner. The petitioners are in custody since 16.06.2024.

4. From the F.I.R., it appears that there is general and omnibus allegations levelled against the petitioners in a free

5. Considering the aforesaid, this application is allowed.

6. Let the petitioners above named be released on bail, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Araria in connection with Forbesganj, P.S. Case No. 394 of 2024, subject to the condition that at the time of accepting bail bonds of the petitioner, the court below will verify the fact that the chargesheet has been submitted under Sections 304 of the Indian Penal Code.
