====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 10-11-2025 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sikandra P. S. Case No. 171 of 2025 in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 25(1-b)a, 26(1), 26(2), 35 of Arms Act.

3. As per prosecution case, one country made loaded pistol was recovered from possession of this petitioner.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has committed no offence. Petitioner is in custody since 23.05.2025. Charge-sheet has already been submitted.

5. However, learned A.P.P. for the State vehemently

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.63526 of 2025(3) dt.10-11-2025 2/2 opposed the bail application.

6. Considering period of custody and the fact that charge-sheet has been submitted, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Jamui in connection with Sikandra P. S. Case No. 171 of 2025.
