Lastly, the bail application of petitioner was rejected vide order dated 29.03.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60380 of 2022.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that even after lapse of about 4 years only two witnesses have been examined for the prosecution story. Petitioner is in custody since 05.03.2019.

Considering the period of custody and tardy progress of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
