Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 302 of 2022 registered for the offences under Sections 413, 414, 420, 468 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. Further submission is that the name of the petitioner has been transpired only on the basis of the confessional statement of co-accused namely Rakesh Kumar @ Dara Yadav. Nothing has been recovered from the conscious possession of the petitioner.
