Petitioner is in custody in connection with Agion (G) P.S. Case No. 98 of 2018 for the offence under section 304(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the marriage between the petitioner and the deceased-wife took place on 09.03.2018.
Referring to Annexure-3 series he submits that wife was pregnant and she was under regular treatment of the doctor. Referring to post-mortem report and FSL report he further submits that there is absolutely no material to suspect any foul play in the death of the wife.

The petitioner is in custody since 21.5.2019. Considering the totality of facts situation, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 50,000/- (Fifty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VII, Bhojpur at Ara, in connection with Agiaon(G) P.S. Case No. 98 of 2018.
