2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Mithanpura P.S. Case No.550 of 2023 dated 13.12.2023, lodged under Sections 457, 380 and 411 of the I.P.C.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the bail application of the petitioner has earlier been rejected vide order dated 02.04.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No.21015 of 2024 in which liberty was granted to him to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the charge has already been framed in this case which is annexed as Annexure-P/3 of the bail application.

5. Counsel further submits that petitioner's antecedent is clean and ready to fulfill all the conditions whatsoever shall be imposed upon him.

6. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

7. In the present facts and circumstances of this case and the submissions made above, let the petitioner above named, be granted bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 30,000/- (Rupees Thirty Thousand Only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M. 1st Class, (east) Muzaffarpur in connection with Mithanpura P.S. Case No.550 of 2023, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 437(3) of Cr.P.C.

8. With this observation, the bail application stands allowed.
