Learned counsel for the Accountant General very fairly submits that the grievance of the petitioner has already been redressed. He also submits that the petitioner may be given liberty to file a representation before the concerned authority for redressal of his grievances, if any.

In that view of the matter, this writ application is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to file a

Patna High Court CWJC No.11521 of 2018(11) dt.21-01-2021 2/2 representation before the concerned authority for redressal of his grievances, if any, and the concerned authority would be obliged to dispose of the same within a period of thirty days in accordance with law.
