Petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 231 of 2022 registered for the offence under section 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and they have been falsely implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Both parties have sustained injuries.

No.64627 of 2022(2) dt.26-04-2023 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, the petitioners, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate Daudnagar, Aurangabad in connection with Rafiganj P.S. Case No. 231 of 2022 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
