2. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Manoj Kumar, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.
3. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 229 of 2023 registered for the offence under Section 25(1-B)a, 25(1-A), 26(2), 29, 35 of the Arms Act.
4. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of one country made carbine along with one magazine and 18 bullets.
5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in this case as the recovery of alleged articles is from another coaccused and not the petitioner.

6. Learned counsel for the petitioner further submits that the petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 28.06.2023.
7. Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer of bail.
8. Considering the facts as mentioned above and also considering the clean antecedent of the petitioner, this application for regular bail is allowed.
9. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completing six months in judicial custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Sub Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Bibhutipur P.S. Case No. 229 of 2023 (Sandeep Kumar, J) Vikas/- U T
