2. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 08.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55914 of 2018.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that he could not inform the petitioners to surrender before the learned Court below due to communication gap and hence the petitioners could not surrender and furnish bail bond within the stipulated period, in terms of order dated 08.10.2018.

4. For the reasons stated, the time for surrender and furnishing bail bond granted in terms of the order dated 08.10.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 55914 of 2018 is extended by four weeks from today.
