2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Sessions Trial No.82/2022 arising out of Falka P.S.Case No.459/2018, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 394, 302 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State informs this Court that only few witnesses are left to be examined and it seems that the trial is likely to be concluded very soon.

4. Further, in compliance of order of this Court, the learned Additional District and Sessions Judge-IV, Katihar has

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner has informed this Court that the informant has become hostile.

6. Considering the aforesaid development, the trial court is directed to conclude the trial expeditiously. 7.Accordingly, the present bail application is disposed of.
