2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Singheshwar P.S. Case No. 29 of 2022 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 302, 120B and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

3. The petitioner and others were involved in the killing of the deceased.

4. It has been submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that the petitioner is innocent and he is in custody since 22.05.2024.

5. Considering the serious allegations levelled against the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, the application stands dismissed.

7. If the trial of the petitioner is delayed due to the fault of the prosecution side then the petitioner may renew his prayer for bail.
