JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 29-08-2018 In compliance of the order dated 06.02.2018 passed in CWJC No 5916 of 2003, the opposite parties have filed a show cause showing payment of a sum of Rs.87,264.80/-, the amount which was recovered from the husband of the petitioner and has been directed by this Court to be refunded back to the widow of the original petitioner.
