It is the contention of learned counsel that against the order passed on 21.09.2017 in CWJC No. 15126 of 2013, LPA No. 1563 of 2018 was preferred which came to be allowed on 19.02.2020 and a perusal of paragraph 7 shows that the order dated 21.09.2017 was quashed and CWJC No. 15126 of 2013 was dismissed.
