The petitioner is lodged in custody since 07.09.2017 in connection with Kashim Bazar P.S. Case No. 214 of 2017 registered under diverse penal provisions of the NDPS Act. As per the prosecution case, on seeing the informant (Police Officer) the petitioner tried to escape but was apprehended. It is alleged that from the topless room 500 gm of Ganja was recovered.

Counsel for the petitioner submits that the recovery cannot be said from the conscious possession of the petitioner who is a lady having no criminal antecedents. The recovered Ganja was 500 gm which is a small quantity for which a lessor punishment

Let the petitioner above named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge, Munger in Kashim Bazar P.S.
