JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 26-09-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Manpur P. S. Case No. 13 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 332, 333, 353, 323, 504, 307, 427 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a) and 45 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

As per prosecution case, 15 accused persons came and started fighting with the police party and tried to get apprehended accused persons, freed from the police. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that except general allegation, no specific allegation has been attributed against him. He has no criminal antecedent. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.61498 of 2019(2) dt.26-09-2019 2/2 above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Bettiah, West Champaran, in connection with Manpur P. S. Case No. 13 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
