1. Heard Mr. Pramod Kumar Verma, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Md. Matloob Rab, learned APP for the State.

2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nawada Town P. S. Case No. 724 of 2025, dated 08.07.2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 223, 152, 196 and 197 of the B.N.S, 2023.

3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that the main allegation of hoisting flag of Philistine (Palestine) during the procession of Muharram is specifically against co-accused Md. Samad and the petitioner and other coaccused persons have been made accused on account of being members of a particular committee to which the permission for procession of Muharram was granted by the administration,

It is further submitted that the petitioner is 83 years old person and has been languishing in jail since 09.07.2025.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner.

5. Considering the aforesaid submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel, this court is inclined to release the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail in connection with Nawada Town P. S. Case No. 724 of 2025 on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
