Patna High Court C. REV. No.185 of 2018(3) dt.12-09-2018 2/2 The petitioner seeks review of the judgment dated 08.09.2016 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 2688 of 2011.

On seeing the review application, I find that the grounds, which have been taken for review, are not good grounds. It appears that the petitioner wants re-hearing of the entire case in the garb of present review application. Learned counsel for the petitioner has attempted to persuade this Court that there are certain errors apparent on record. An error apparent on record is such error which can be seen at the very first sight and not on the basis of long reasoning and logic. I do not find any merit in this review application. This application is accordingly rejected.
