02. In the present case, the petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 86 of 2018 registered for the alleged offences under Sections 394 of the Indian Penal Code.
03. As per prosecution case, while the informant had been returning to his home, two persons on a motorcycle dashed the motorcycle of the informant and he fell down. One of the miscreants snatched the bag of the informant. When the informant tried to raise alarm, two persons on another motorcycle came there and one of them hit the informant on his head with a katta. Thereafter, all of them fled away. The bag of
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64972 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 2/3 the informant contained passbook, blank cheque, ATM Card Pan Card, Aadhar Card of the informant and Rs. 15,000/- cash. The bag also contained Aadhar Cards of some customers. The name of the petitioner transpired during investigation for being involved in the robbery.
04. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has been falsely implicated in this case. Nothing incriminating has been recovered from person or possession of this petitioner, who has been remanded in this case merely on suspicion. There is not material to show the involvement of the petitioner in the alleged occurrence. The petitioner is having antecedent of eight cases and he is on bail in all such cases. The petitioner is in custody since 28.05.2025 and charge-sheet has been submitted.
05. Learned APP for the State opposes the submission made on behalf of the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances and submissions made on behalf of the parties and considering the fact that no recovery has been shown from this petitioner and also considering the period of custody of the petitioner along with submission of charge-sheet, the petitioner above named is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.64972 of 2025(2) dt.17-09-2025 3/3 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Saran at Chapra in connection with Bheldi P.S. Case No. 86 of 2018, subject to the conditions mentioned in Section 480(3) of BNSS and the following conditions:
(i) One of the bailors will be a close relative of the petitioner.
(ii) The petitioner will remain present on each and every date fixed by the court below.
(iii) In case of absence on three consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, the bail bond of the petitioner will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned.
